Erika Bellitt | Owner & Creative Director

Erika Bellitt (pronouns She/Her) is the studio owner, principal planner and founder of Array Creative Design. With eight years of wedding and event planning experience, Erika's passion for celebration stems from the fact that she loves love and takes joy in celebrating the beauty in daily life. Her inspiration is rooted in contemporary art and interiors as well as fashion. She lives in sunny Santa Barbara with her firefighting fiancé and two beloved boxer pups.

Erika wants to create original and authentic designs inspired by each client’s vision and originality. Erika has featured designs in People Magazine, BRIDES, Over The Moon, Anti-Bride, 100 Layer Cake, Martha Stewart, and many more.

When she’s not drafting up design concepts or dreaming and collaborating with her creative peers, you can find her hiking in the hills, taking a midday dip in the ocean or visiting the farmer’s market to draw fresh inspiration from seasonal faire.

Leticia Resch | Associate Planner & Lead Producer

Leticia Forney Resch (pronouns She/Her) is a proficient in production and logistics at Array Creative Design. Over thirteen years of experience in production management and Leticia’s love for curating seamless events stems from the care and attention deserving to all our clients. 

Leticia is born and raised in Santa Barbara and is dedicated to building the community she loves. Her passion work is with her non-profit organization, Healing Justice SB, where Leticia utilizes her talents and connections in the event industry to give back to the community.

Jessika Pappas | Director of Operations & Lead Assistant

Jessika Pappas (pronouns she/her) has always been captivated by love stories and the artistry behind them. With over 15 years of experience as an esthetician and makeup artist, Jessika’s passion for beauty and esthetics naturally evolved into a love for events. She thrives in environments where creativity and connection come together. Jessika enjoys collaborating with talented teams and working closely with clients to create unforgettable moments.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara. When she’s not working on events, you’ll find her at a Pilates class, spending time with family and close friends, or hunting for vintage treasures. She has a passion for exploring new travel destinations, interior design and and making floral arrangements. A lover of nostalgia, Jessika often unwinds with a glass of wine in hand while watching classic black-and-white films.
